GT28 turbo for sale. It has been recently been rebuilt by Precision Turbochargers and has been sweetened up.

17psi actuator

I ran this on a 2165cc type 1 engine and made over 200hp at the wheels, before mods and saw 240hp at 20psi on a 2332cc but turbo wasn't big enough
