Does anyone have a very used (not shiny) rear air intake grill 50slot they want to sell? rusty/pitted is fine it's for a rat

Do you mean a body cut? The grille you are after is the one above the engine lid?

eeek no not a body cut!! one of those shiny metal accessories that they sell everywhere that fit on/over the slots/grill to make it look pretty - only my bug is not pretty so i thought maybe someone might have one that wasn't wanted any more that had had some weathering (though with the storms we're having i could possibly just buy a new one and it would be weathered in a week out there) - sorry if i caused any misunderstanding - i didn't even think (ignorance ) of people thinking i needed the actual grill piece of the car oops...

sand the paint down and let it rust?
