The beetle is a 61 model im pretty sure
And if you want make an offer on the whole car all parts are still in the car and will help you remove them upon sale

hi das yeah it does have rust in the floorpan about a football size infront of the drivers seat and in the corners near where the battery sit in the corners and but havnt entirly looked right over it and have you got any pics of the progress of the one i sold you mate ?

Thanks Jamie, I'd still be keen on the pan even with rust in the halves - would ya take $50? As long as the frame head and rear end are okay and not twisted/rusted. Also keen on a pair of front seats (upholstery condition not important)

I was restoring it for my niece but found a few more problems than expected (mainly the fact the pan is knackered) so I'm going to keep it and do it for myself as a back burner project.

I ended up finding a 70 beetle for Laura (my niece) which needed a little less work.

Das i had a look at the bulkhead and rear they seem fine mate so its your mate and the seats aswell
