Pics Added FS As new Porsche pattern 4 wheel disc brake conversion for pre 67...

Hi Guys,

I sold my 64 Karmann Ghia Cabrio and the new owner wanted to go back to the standard look with the car so no need for the disc brake conversion.

I have less than 50 kilometres on these brakes.

I purchased them from Classic Veedub and they are Porsche pattern and Chevy pattern all in one.

Comes complete with King and Link Pin 2 1/2 inch dropped spindles with new German King Pins properly rheamed and fitted as well as New Germann Link Pins, bearings, seals, pads and calipers.

All you need to do is bolt on to your pre 67 Beetle or Karmann Ghia and fit a dual circuit master cylinder, then your favourite Porsche Wheels. I will throw in the studs and nuts as well. I ran it with a larger bore dual circuit master Cylinder from Vollks. It went with the Karmann!

For those that say these are hard to bleed up we used a SNAP ON Bleed tool fed by an air compressor. They bled up fine. For the naysayers these brakes were far better than 4 wheel drums and I beleive better than std disc/drum set up on later Beetles. I have driven plenty!

I want $1000 all up. Located Bayside south of Brisbane.

Cheers,

David
