WTB: Engine to replace my seized one in my bug

Was running a twin port 1.5 but would like a twin 1.6 or maybe even something built.
If you can pm me with what you have !!

Have you tried Nymeyer at Belmont, they rebuilt my engine after I ran it out of oil (long story) and it has run sweet as 3 years now, he may also have a replacement.

I have a 6v 1600 single port that has been rebuilt,it would need a dipstick tube as it was from a type 3 and a flywheel swap. PM if interested

Depends on what needs to be done to your engine to resurect it, mine cost around $800 but I ended up with a virtualy new engine. best to ask them.

Thats actually really decent hey i was thinking in the thousands. I presume you took it out/put it in yourself at that cost!

$800 is dirt cheap for even just a top end re-build, ask heaps of questions about everything being done to your engine.
