I would stay well away from e-go.com.au if you want to here a horror story of what they did talk to OldHutcho on here

I've used them a lot and never had any dramas. I'm always the sender though, never had anything freighted to me with them. Always insist people pay
for additional insurance or sign a waiver if they don't want to spend $5 on insurance. Everything from engines and gearboxes, seats, interiors, even
a ute tray.
When you can send a 15kg parcel to the depot in Sydney for $6.60 why would you post anything heavy?
