Selling a CB Performance Blow-Through turbo kit.
Duel 45 dellortos DRLA's (turbo spec)
Turbo- schwitzer s2a (aka borg-warner) .42 a/r
Turbo exhaust system, MSD distributor set up.
Custom made tinware that lets you close decklid while running a filter much larger than that shown in photo., Distributor just been rebuilt.

This setup can be used on any VW .
Located in Sydney, will be removed from engine . can post.

The Right Carb had water in it. This was due to a open/raised deck-lid.

It has been pulled apart but now need to be assembled

You could buy the whole car for $22,000, It has absolutely everything imaginable done and done properly over $50,000 spent on it over 15years, Would swap for a Kombi.

Hi will the dry sump and the J tubes be included? is this kit ready to bolt on and go?

sorry rado, Car is being kept for now.

Empi the j-tubes are included. Im not sure what a dry sump is. However i know the kit can fit all busses, ghias, beetles.

Anyone can fit it- just need tuning with MSD and fuel lines connected etc

In the photo of the under side of the engine, the sump has a pipe to the turbo i assume lubricating the turbo?? (Possibly says Claude Buggies on the sump plate)

That's a deep sump with what looks to be the turbo oil drain into it... The turbo is lubricated by somewhere there is oil pressure.

Have the Dells been correctly turbo prepped?

ie: turbo seals on the inner throttle shafts. Neoprene top gaskets, larger needles & seats with viton seal & heavier spring on the needle.

What boost pressures have they been run to?

Also, I can't see an adjustable wastegate in your pics.

Does your setup come with fuel press reg. and associated fittings?

The Dels are fully setup for turbo and only run to 9 lbs on a very cold day. The setup was for 6-7psi. The waste-gate is adjustable and connects off the exhaust. A simple Turn of a screw lets for more boost if needed. My engine was high comp so i didnt/couldnt run too much boost.

This is 100% complete and just needs to be installed/fitted.
