FS: Original Wide 5 Bolt Empi Sprinstars with aluminium centre caps

It took me ages to find these, and I consider them the Holy Grail of wheels. I restored these at great expense in two pack silver and never thought I would sell them.

They were on my '54 Beetle for a number of months (but only 2 drives!) before they came off for the Beetle's resto. Times have now changed and I have decided on a different look for the Oval post resto, hence unfortunately the sale.

These are the real deal, original steel Empi Sprintstars, not the alloy cheaper and square-set reproductions, and are in excellent as new condition.

There are 2x 4.5" and 2x 5.5" and these have been finished in 2 pack silver. I decided not to finish with the standard black detail inside, but this could be done easily by the purchaser if desired.

They come with either 4x aluminium (reproduction) centre caps or 4x 3-prong knock off centre caps; I have reproduction Empi sticker to go on the centre caps if so desired.
