Can you identify these wheels or put on track to find a set

Hi Guys,

A friend loves the look of the wheels in the pic.

Look a little like sprintstars but are not.

Pic is of a UK car so may have been a local thing over there.

Any leads to the name or brand or even if you have a set.

I believe they are called Ap wheels
