what do you currently have..........a 040, 043 or 311 head ? They all have differences, so its probably best to try and match what you currently have

stock 1600 replacement head, dual port, 35.5mm intake, 32mm exhaust with the step in the chamber.

Casting number under the rockers will start 041, 043, 311 etc.... I think port shapes and casting thicknesses are different
