Swap? Porsche Cayenne rims with tyres

Mate of mine runs a tyre shop in Brunswick got these. 4x18x8 Porsche Cayenne rims with 60% Continentals. He wants $350ono for them

I have no use for them but would be interested in swapping them for any deep dish wide 5 rims or 5x130 ones

They are at my place in E Kew
