Beetle Split Case Gearbox 36HP

Hi, i'm selling my splitcase gearbox.
Was from a 59 type 1 beetle
S/N A233 2857

Was rebuilt in 2009 by Dave Butler. Has sat in storage since then, never even been mounted.
Has all new bearings, gaskets, input seal & reverse gear.
Painted black.

Comes with the rubber front and side mounts & the axle boots.

I would like to get around $500 for it but an open to reasonable offers as it is taking up space and i would like it gone.

Hmm, just a thought but maybe try on thesamba.com too. I know that's America but possibly more call and more money available for what is becoming a rare part.
