Wanted: Type 3 driver side seat rails

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has or knows someone who has some drivers side seat rails cut from a floor pan or even a rusty floor pan they would be willing to part with? For a 68 notch..

I took a couple of pics of the passenger side rails for reference

I can't realy see from your pic, but are they the same as a beetle? Where are you located?

Not same as Beetle They run right along the rail plastic section one each side about 300mm long

Checked my records and I got of Ebay in 2003 the seller was " cash63 "
it looks like he still sells them but does not have any on at the moment try this email dhonnell@pacbell.net

just confirming you're after panel cuts not the nylon runner inserts is that right Rusty?

i can do a set of the nylon runners for you - if Jase hooks you up with the panel cuts you've asked for in the start of the listing : )

yeah you may be right he may want the metal runner sections out of a floor pan

That is correct mate, Im after the metal rails attached to the floor

Still awaiting a reply from Jase about the floor pan/panel cuts however I will be chasing the nylon runners when the time comes Ben :)
