Sorry cant help with the seats but what does Aust delivered mean?
Do you mean it was imported or made in Australia?

A Complete set, front, middle and back would set you back between $5,000 to $7,000 then reupholstery on top if that

You could use bay middle and back, less then $1,000

It's actually made in Germany.. But I think it was assembled here? The vents are in the top of the rear quarters which is a mark of an Aussie bus? If I'm wrong please correct me, I'm no guru..

Original seats would be better as I was hoping to restore the bus to factory.. Even just the front seats for now will do so I can sit on something haha

It was made in Australia.
They all had a made in Germany tag on the engine bay
I can see how you were confused.
Its the same as people calling standard Kombis a Micro Bus
A genuine Microbus had a differant interior and is also spotted as it has a round heater tube under the rear seat, if it hasnt got one of them its a plain old kombi.

Thanks for the clarification! Makes sense now..

Is there a way of identifying what it is with the vin no?

Just that its a 65
As I said if it hasnt got a round heater tube under the rear seat its a standard Kombi
