WTB Hot Type 1 Street Motor - 140+/- hp

Hi Guys
I have a mate located in Brisbane that is looking to buy or build a hot motor. He would like around 140hp with compression that is not crazy so I am figuring it will be a stroker. Prefer turn key but will consider all options.
