I bought this for a upgrade for my 91 T3, the auto trans section win bolt up to a T3 diff housing. It has larger and more clutches better for toeing or more powerful engine.

The trans sump from the T3 will bolt to this as to put the dipstick back on the left side, the T3 front mount bolts on and the T3 linkage swaps over also.

The VW Mechanic I bought it from had said it has been rebuilt some time before he parted the car out.
