Reconditioned 2 litre Kombi Engine, all new bearings, new mild cam and solid lifters, rebuilt con rods, new 96mm piston and barrel kit, reconditioned 1800 heads with new valves and guides by Lionel Jones, these were done in the early 90's and have been stored since. Engine just assembled by an old VW mechanic who is retiring and using up his old stock.

what kind of HP would this make?

I had similar engine on dyno which made 77hp at the wheels but mine had smaller 2ltr valve heads ported and dual 40mm idfs ..
