Wtd seat belt thread adaptors

Hi
Looking for a pair of seat belt adaptors
22mm to 7/16,
The upper bolt holes in the B pillar on my 65 beetle is 22mm,
I need to get a pair of those adaptors that reduce the hole size to std seat belt hole size (7/16)
Used is fine
Im in WA
