Considering rebuilding or taking the opportunity to go bigger.

Anyone got a decent long block out there they want to get rid of?

I have a complete 1600 t/p efi type 3 engine $500 & a 1641 t/p long engine $400 advertised in another thread on here and on facebook Aussieveedubbers buy & sell.

Hi, is the type 1 fully flowed so can run external oil cooler? Is the sump stock or deep?
You mention you are in Banyan and would be happy to meet in Melbourne? If offer you $400 cash would you deliver to Melbourne 3126 or 3179 depending on day/time that could suit you?

I take it TGoo7tim is looking for the long motor. I'm located 180 klms south of mildura. the 1641 engine is a long motor (out to rocker covers, no bolt ons, no front pulley. $400.00 thats you pick it up. If you were suggesting i bring it to melb you would need to cover fuel both ways $150. If your interested i'll give you my bank details so you can pay me the fuel money up front so i don't have to worry about getting stiffed when i get there. i only take cash with regards to the engine as i'm not a trader.
