Fuel sender unit - google vw part 311919051 and you'll get various results.
ISPWEST is a dedicated Type3 parts supplier, have an ebay store.
On ebay 1500notch sells some parts also from ISP.
Used both and happy with what I've bought.

In Oz try VVDS in Campsie NSW or Mick Motors Northgate Qld.

Cheers,
Bert

Thanks Bert. Just looked back on my grammar in the orginal message wasn't good ha.
I checked the ones online before just can't justify paying $150 with postage for a new one from the US hopefully a good second hand one will pop up. I'll try Mick Motors today though. As for the oil bath section I can't find that part anywhere.
The search continues. Cheers

Oil Bath Boot part number is 311129695B :starhit: bit obscure to find but stumbled on it last night adn jsut had to find it again
Link for you Brendan and Willi - 311129695B http://www.vwispwest.com/311129695B.html

Don't be despondent on freight costs because ask them is that's the price AND if you're after a few things then cost all up.

Trying to sort out a solution for the clamps holding the parts of the left side of the air filter together - made up a boot just the elliptical hose clamps :( I'm after
Also worked out a new seal for cover on the air intake where the alternator/fan belt adjuster is :tu:
