Thanks all who purchased!
The R&R bed did not go, but it's off to the tip :)

Early Beetle engine and Gear box. I was told it was out a drivable car, but unfortunately it's suffered a little in storage.
Can't remember exact details, but from memory was from a '61. Numbers are provided to check against.

Gear box turns fine, and selects all gears (just turning by hand). There is some pitting in the bell housing at the bottom (see pics)The engine doesn't turn, but is mostly complete. Pics tell the story. Again some corrosion has gotten in. The exhaust has rotted through.
