For Sale: Widened Ghia T34 wheels
m4co - February 13th, 2017 at 06:31 PM

I have for sale a pair of widened wheels to suit a Type 3 with the wide 5 stud pattern. The rims are 7 inches wide. The tyres are 195/65/15 and have 95% tread.
I bought them for my Beetle but the tyres are rubbing on the spring plates.

$200 or

Will swap for a pair of 15 inch widened wheels to suit a VW Beetle with the wide 5 stud pattern.

Just to give you a heads up the wheels are T34 Ghia wheels not type 3, type 3 looks more like beetle wheel. Also looks like somebody has drilled the hubcap clip holes.

Ok oh makes sense, it was sold to me as a widened type three wheel but it did look strange.

Just to give you a heads up, They are actually early type 3 wheels. From 61 to 63 to be exact. Whoever sold them to you knew exactly what they were.
