Looking for an original single port manifold, preferably with clear heat risers.

Should have number 113129701 K on it. I want an original part please.

Mine has developed an exhaust leak between inlet pipe and heat riser and is not able to be reached to repair.

Anything out there?

You are lucky, as most have nearly rusted out by now, if they have been on an engine at all.
You can't tell most of the time, how rusted they are inside...
I did see somewhere on the internet recently , New ones for sale.

Usually once they leak they have virtually rusted thru all across the back of the pipe.it must be taken off to clean and weld. once they start leaking the rust has attacked the steel badly
