I'm interested..... does it engage and shift and just run noisy or is it noisy and harsh to engage gears?

It engages all gears. Changes all gears and does not jump out of gear. Just pulled out 2 weeks ago as I scored a box that was in vgc with no noises. I would recommend it to be recon'd.
