Wanted :foot brake pedal Return Spring, T1 Beetle 1960 to 1968

Have a mate that is chasing after a brake pedal Return Spring for his 64 buggy

turned my place up and down looking for one but can not find one

He wants to build a EMPI Sportster buggy
Anyone else built a steel body EMPI Sportster buggy ???

Anyone have one ?
