Hey guys,

Just thought I'd let you know I have a pair of front seats to suit a 60's beetle that are fitted with recliners. The seats need a recover but are complete, the recliners I'm told are EMPI items (they're square chrome things, that go on the outside of the seat?!?!) and come with a fold down gear stick which is matching.

They should have an empi stamping on the casting somewhere....I think.

Don't think they do, but I haven't taken them off the chairs yet. I'll have a look when I take the pics.

Here are the recliners guys, I took the backs of the seats off so as you can get a good look at them. The "kit" I suppose you could call it, is made up of two of these brackets either side of the drivers and passenger seats. All four are available along with the matching gearstick.
