Give your Beetle a Custom look, Round shape side mirrors for the Drivers (right) side. Chrome color with Split pin for 58 - 59 Models or earlier (Inlcuded) normally you have to buy it separetly.

However theres a slight dint on the edge of the mirror so its going up cheap. Save $ from buying it overseas, save shipping or save money from local VW shops!

$35 including the split pin, Mirrors new in box. Will post some actual photo's later on the week. Perhaps tomorrow, can arrange shipping Aus Wide for $5 AUD.

will they fit post 68 models? or is it a complete no go?

As told, they fit 60s beetle model fine, and the Split Pin is not needed. I'm not sure about post 68's well maybe someone can answer it here ? plz ?

well, this mirror sits on the door hinge...

The mirror attatches to a special hinge pin with a thread on top. From teh factory pre 68's did not come with the special hinge pins and came without mirrors. It was a dealer option to have mirrors which required the special ones to be put in.

I think post 68's none of them had the threaded hinge pin as all mirrors mounted on the door.

I think you can buy the pin through wolfsberg west.
