As far as I know all the ones from Germany of this series come with the control lights for heated rear screen and for the semi auto.

Simply don't connect them if you don't need them

The other symbol that looks like a small headlight is for when you have only your parking lights on, the same as a type 3.

I think only new replacement ones have the extra symbols, they wont turn on if you dont put a bulb in the hole.

simple, change the "W" in ATF to a 'W", and then make it the oil light. When it goes on you can shout, "WHAT THE FUCK!"... Oh, and you'd have to get a heated rear screen.
