FS: 4 Mag Wheels with Tyres...
Gibbo - November 24th, 2004 at 05:44 PM

Hey all, I have some wheels for sale this evening.
All 14" x 6" Wide.
There are 4 wheels, all clad in 195/60 rubber, all in good road legal condition.
Two wheels are the same, the others have slight variations in the design, I didnt notice till I had them all together in a pile last night! I didnt notice the slight differences when they were on the car!

Might be suitable for someone who wants to start racing and arent too concearned about the slightly different designs, as I say they look very similar once on the car. Or you might just want to be different, fif you make a point in wearing odd sock everyday, like I do.

See pics for the details.

I dont know how much they would be worth but I have a figure in mind, the first person near it will score em.

Cheers

do you have any idea how much it would be to freight them to adelaide, i have those tires, 4 of ones i think are ok and 3 of ones i really like and you have both types so if i bought them i would have 2 full sets and a few more lol.

Gibbo - November 24th, 2004 at 08:37 PM

Hmmm, would know im affraid, maybe give one of the bus companies a ring and see what they would charge.
Or else do you know anyone else making the trip?

I might be able to organise something through work (VirginBlue) but I cant promise anything, and you would have to pickup from the airport.

Hmmm, lemmie find out.

robnjo - November 24th, 2004 at 09:29 PM

so are there two rims or three in the same style? and what are the widths of them?

Gibbo - November 24th, 2004 at 09:31 PM

Two the same, the other 2 are slight variants of the same design.

All are 6" wide

greedy51 - November 25th, 2004 at 05:06 PM

gibbo how about you get me a free ticket to adalaide and i will call them hand luggage

lulu94 - November 25th, 2004 at 10:53 PM

I found out that I might be able to get em shipped down for around $50.

That depends on the weight of the items. I will work that out tonight.

lulu94 - November 26th, 2004 at 03:41 PM

Hold the phone on that, just found out something from talking to the freight office direct.

Will work out the cost tonight.

Cheers

Gibbo - November 26th, 2004 at 05:43 PM

OK,

Now as Im with the airline I get a special rate

$5 per box then $1 per kilo.

So....

4 x boxes = $20
Wheels + tyres are about 15kg each. = 60kg = $60

So roughly $80 for the lot, give or take a bit due to the acuracy of bathroom scales and the extra weight of the boxes etc etc.

That also means that you have to pick them up from the airport freight office.

Lemmie know.
Cheers
