Hey people,

Thought I’d post this unfinished project up here to see if there is any interest.
Basically we built a caravan from the ground up, excluding the chassis which was a brand new Jayco chassis. It’s done less than 100kms on the road.

The caravan was a final year thesis design project, which due to space constraints we are forced to sell. Due to a hard disk failure we have lost many photos, so we don’t have photos of the van towards the end. Although I have managed to salvage a few and they will give you a fair idea of what it entails, and if interested I will travel to Dandenong (Melbourne) and get some more, or arrange an inspection.

After is was towed to the scrap yard by vicious inner city councils, we decided it was time to give it over to someone who will finish it hopefully.

Due to our love of veedubs it has a few elements borrowed from a beetle, namely rear windows which we haven’t installed as yet. There is too much stuff to list here, so I will just post a few pics of the process.

It has a brand new gas/12 volt fridge and 4 burner gas stove top and grill.
