WTB Painted 15x5.5 4 stud painted Beetle rims in BNE

Hi,

Following my conversion to IRS and a Disk K&LP front end, I dropped off my rims to get some 15x195x65 tires fitted only to find that they are only 4.5 (standard width I have now learnt) and need at least 5'+ for 195s, so now I am looking for some stock style steel rims in 5 inches or greater width. Would prefer BNE, but beggars can't be choosers. I don't really want to go for a narrower wheel, and don't want to go illegal by fitting them to the 4.5s.

usually KEITH FOR WHEELS at underwood can order anything and will try to get if they dont have ask for IAN or KEITH ......................colleen

you want some mangels. try micks motors. or you could go BRM,sprintstar?

Micks only has the chrome (yuk). I really just want to go the stock look and keep the price reasonable.

i used to run the mangels, they should come in silver (eg stock grey). you can also try getting ur std wheels put on bigger bands, but cost?

you could buy 2nd hand chrome mangels,dip them clean and paint to your colour.
try volksworld(Brs) for 2nd hand(chrome that you can drip clean) 5.5s or hold out on here and you might get some 6inches 4stud...this is what I did and love em.
