claasic veedub will hav the racks soon, thats wat the website says, ill be up for a set, hardest bit will b finding old skis

he is talking about the rear luggage racks, we r talking about the ski holders that attach to the rear vents.

We have the early & late Flat 4 Ski Racks in stock, excellent quality (Had them fitted on my own bug for 6 years) - Clearance special $185 whilst stocks last.

Mate get a picture of some 50's ski's and make them yourself. All they were were wood and a few straps. Bunnings for the wood and antique stain , grab your sander , a few claps and a block of wood( to warp the end of the ski's) and make some straps from old dog leads , belts , rollerskates etc or a quick visit to a bondage store!I have some bindings you could have but they would look too new.

Piss easy!

or somewhere.... I've been wracking my brain & just can't remember where!

We have some skis early 1960's made in gremany (ROSSKOPF PANZER) in very good condition with bindings (TIROL) and poles. Looking for $100. Would be some time before i can get some photos becuse i don't have a camrea. Would be the finsihing touch to your beetle.

Saw some ...skiis in a shop recently around here and will phone on Tues to get a price...think it was 2 pairs...should be cheap in Qld hey ?!......might bring them down myself ..
( btw still have my original 1954 Chrisssie Press Skis when I was old enough to learn)
