brenton74 - December 30th, 2004 at 10:09 PM

I have for sale a brand new still in the box set of dual 44IDF Webers complete with linkages manifolds air cleaners and velocity stacks. Went the turbo route instead. Paid $2400 a month ago for them asking $1800

Just wondering if your kit is the same as this 44IDF kit

$900 US plus shipping and tax would equal about $1700-1800 at a guess

$900 plus, shipping, plus money transfer, plus import tax =
$1170 + $78 + $60 + $130 = $1440 approx

You could pick this item up for $1450, was curious how $2400 was paid for it in the first place?

I cant believe I'm actually replying to you F.S's but have you guys actally got off your potties to join the real world? JH has made sure the GST was an additional tax to all others as Tarrifs and duties are addtional and the total including all aforementioned are addtional then G.S.T. is total including the state U.S. taxes is retaxed. that was a fair price considering they were over the shelf available and Mr. Bug has a lease to pay.

P.S. Sold

If i wasn't interested in buying the item i would not have looked at it in the first place. I belive my first post was to ask if the item for sale was the same as the item i gave a link to. Hence a simple answer of yes it is! would have been enough for me to know that this item is not for me!

No prob with a buyer asking a question but when they start breaking down the cost and asking the seller to justify their price....

Thanks Robnjo, i thought this forum was for constuctive use too. Antother person politely contacted me made me an offer and i accepted, both parties were happy he got a good product at a great price i get to go on with my project and no-one was offended by an uniformed juvinile slinging match.
PS. i'm an importer (of other merchendise) and know the real costs and time constaints.
