Looking for a rear seat to fit into my 1992 Transporter 2.1L. Want it to fold down to make a bed.

Also looking for a good repair manual for same van. Already have the Brooklands Books version, is there anything else?

you would be looking for an Official Service Manual by Robert Bentley, Inc - they are pretty expensive though, probably $150 - $180 new, and do you want the 2 or 3 seater version of camper bed??

Hope you're still around, I was expecting to receive an email if replies were posted. I following the lead you gave for the repair manual. The best I could find was the Volkswagen Vanagon Official Factory Repair Manual: 1980-1991. Thing is my van is 1992. And it the manual costs US$99!! .... anyone have a 2nd hand copy they want to sell?

As for the rear seat, I didn't know there was a 2 seater... I guess a 3 seater would be best, as long as it folds down flat so I can sleep in the back.
