Woudn't you be able to get them from EFI Hardware, or have they stopped makin em.

cold air induction for aftermarket efi bus.

i got the picture form EFI Hardware, they said its no longer available.

wouldnt be that hard to make outta some pvc pipe... wont look as good but will do the same job.
