hallph - April 26th, 2006 at 06:13 PM

How are the front rubber mats that sit on top of the wheel arches?
Would these fit a 75 Kombi? I'm in need of the passenger side piece as mine is ripped where careless passengers have cought it with their feet :(
If you need a pic of what i'm after just let me know.

Is the floorpan still in 1 piece? Or a victim of rust? After p/s section about 400mm wide from the step. I think the quarters that you can buy new wont quite cover it...

jb4845 - April 27th, 2006 at 04:15 PM

Frenzix,

Does this van have the seat mounting plates for the middle seat as in a Microbus?

If Yes - are they in any sort of decent condition?

Mine are rusted, mainly the underneath bit that seals the van floor?

Happy to pay for time and effort if in good nick

Josh

HotRodMatt - April 29th, 2006 at 06:20 PM

How is the front right corner around the indicator?

frenzix - April 29th, 2006 at 06:41 PM

ummmm i think its ok, ill take a peek tomorrow... how much around the indicator? can you mark it out for me in a piccy? .. tim

HotRodMatt - April 29th, 2006 at 07:08 PM

About here would be good if possible....

Really need the bottom edge of the pressed section near the light down to a bit below the roll under the indicator right out to the corner.

The more meat around the graft the better.

If it can be cut and is good let me know how much and the account to credit.

Cheers, Matt

72TWINCAB - April 29th, 2006 at 07:20 PM

Thanks Tim I will see Monday. I forgot to ask you what do I owe for the bits?

frenzix - April 29th, 2006 at 07:46 PM

i only accept beer for payment, the amount is your choice ;)

frenzix - April 29th, 2006 at 07:51 PM

hey matt, just had a look it should be fine to cut... ill do it tomorrow..

Tim

but really i only want the shipping charges payed for. i'd rather see people use bits from this one than scrap it totally.
