I have two turbos!!!

One is a (nearly) brand new unit off a 2.5 TDI T4 transporter, perfect cond

Other Is off a Merc 2.8 Diesel from a musso, came off a car with about 40,000kms, known good unit. T28 i believe.

The merc unit would work fine on a 1916 or similar, A reputable turbo specialist told me he would happily use it for a budget project.

I suppose same would apply for the VW one!
