So Neil... do you have a split personality of what?..... There seems to be two scavengers on here!

it is a lot of work getting these things
esp if the tyres are stuffed and the drums rusty that means ya drag the thing total weight plus friction so sweat and some curses and maybe a bit of blood. Then trlr hire or beg (beer) and fuel.My E220 used double the normal fuel when towing and lost 2 gurds off the trlr (held on withpaint and tack) so its dangerous work this FREE scavenging and NOT cheap...so not really free hey ?

It was FREE in the truest sense of the word..... It looked good and was very tidy car, and it drove a treat too.... Its just a shame it was rusty as hell!..... But all has gone to a very worthy cause.... It has saved Neil a shed load of hassle collecting bits for the 60 that were missing......

Thats right ,
its was like fly on a shit at my place over the weekend , Simon & my self cut up an irs pan for bits .
Today Pat & my self stripped the motor gear box out & I cleaned the pan up .

I asked Pat to just give me $100.00 for this he got

1 x 1300 cc motor with a new clutch
1 x 6 volt starter motor
4 x tyres & rims with hub caps
1 x parcel shelf cover
all the cables fromt the car
front hubs with new brakes
rear hubs
master cyl ( new )

I will be passing the $100.00 to my kids school for fun raising

I have cut the rear lip off as its was in good cond .

RIP
