the car looks like a DKW which later became Auto Union which now is Audi and run by vw
my unc had one he converted from a sedan to a woody in 1953-4 and i rodein it to my first beach holiday in my life in nth Germany in
1955 !!
so i do not have rusty gds but around $30 each in pre 60 make so is German quality metal (not 1960 aussie mix make)
am dwn next week so incl deli
have light s too ca $30 ea have good chr rims etc
and what else u need e-mail some pics and we will help get info for u from my Uncle...cool dude.
thats intresting karmen about the car
only early vw stuff comes close to the shape for restorations

Thanks for reply - I'd be looking for early oval lights - bit of a purest project - mine are 58-62ish - Karmen would have some. Nice car.
Chris looks like he's got some cheaper guards - don't know cond. - look under bajachris88. Might suit your budget.
lights for 50 and 60 shaped the same - just the glass different pattern & chrome has adjuster screws at different location, both would fit. ( just a purest point if it mattered with the project ) Pretty sure guards are same upto '67 - could be corrected though. Altering them anyway ?? David
David is right about early lenses (purist)
Bosch or Hella (taerdrop type elipse in lens) i meant those
guards are the same to 67 but early German ones are stringer, thicker metal which I can supply
and may combine deli after I see David.
Pic sure looks like my unc's woody type dkw ...think it was 2 stroke then
