I'm after 4 suction cups and the bracket that holds down the roof racks to the channel.

Clark rubber will have the rubber bits you need.
As for the brackets it depends on the type of roof rack you have, it would be best to just make something.
i have some stainless ones with key locks but they might not fit your type of roof.:thumb
