OK guys I have combined the 2 earlier posts (mine and Kai's) as it was becoming messy and a little confusing! Prices have also been reviewed.

Here is what's still available:

- original type 3 km/h trip meter speedo excellent condition $250

- early front bumper $50

- Back seat (wagon type) beige colour no tears $40

- Steering box excellent condition no leaks with straight tie rods and near new tie rod ends $100 (box $old)

- Starter motor $40

- Generators 14V 30A x2 $60 for the reco one (done 21 miles!), $40 with new brushes and no bearing play

- Voltage regulator to suit VW generator new $20

- set of 4 std rims with tyres all legal rubber $50 (SOLD)

- front disc brakes with new rotors with re-con calipers, late type 3, 4 stud. vgc. $250 with 4 x near new ball joints

- master cylinder and NOS fluid reservoir (both dual circuit of course!) vgc. $60

- one complete front clip/valance, off a '69 notch, 98% rust free. $125

- set of door cards, and other interior panels, plus a dash pad covered to match in used condition, dashpad has slight damage but still looks nice! $100 for the lot, can split...

- 2 x 12V 2 speed wiper motors complete $15 each

- VDO oil pressure gauge 0-1000kpa & sender, very little use $30 or swap for 0-500kpa

- Complete rear swing axle suspension minus gearbox $100 perfect for IRS conversion (SOLD)

I haven't even looked at my early type 3 yet, if I did I'd probably find half of this stuff would come in handy and I'm only 20-30 minutes from Dural.
Just don't have the time to start a resto at the moment so she sits waiting like a patient little thing yearning for the road.

Someone grab these front brakes...as new discs drilled for 4 stud, reco calipers, new pads, new flexible lines, near new master cylinder, near new ball joints, new fluid reservior. May separate...

All you need is the solid lines from the res to the master cylinder for a full front disc brake conversion!!
