You can buy them new if really stuck. Getting hard to find now. I have a few at home, but I am a long way from home and cant dig one out for you...
Empi have these too so someone local may carry them...

try george at classic. I guess all the other EMPI importers too, Mick Motors, BME in Melbourne, I dont know of the others, maybe Vintage???
