Any body happen to know a shop that actually has in stock 24 (yes 24!) x 180 degree exhaust bends, 1 & 5/8", stainless preferred, that doesn't have a week and half wait?

try any truck spare supplier thats where i get all my mandrel bends from. Or ring "Fleetguard" thats where the truck suppliers get theres from.

mild steel should't be to hard to get.as for the stainless you might have to wait a few days.
mild steel should be between $15 -$22 each
stainless should be around $25-$35 depending on the finish and grade.

if you say you are from another muffler shop eg.(westside mufflers) you will proberly get a better discount,also tell them u used to use undacar as your supplier,but they are getting a bit dear so you are shoping around on price.
