What is a reasonable price to pay for a matched set of L Bug doors in excellent condition. They are compete and everything works?

The only down side is that they are the wrong colour and they will need to be repainted both inside and outside.

73 on doors are the same on all bugs except Lbugs have an armrest and 1300 bugs only have a grab handle

it depends really where ur getting them from
most main stream wreckers would have horrendous prices around $120 ea

i'll pay $100 for 2 but thats generally with a bug attatched
i did have a few sets of complete rust free doors but i sold most of them for $80 a pair

hinge condition is the other thing to consider
big job to replace ur self but very exy to get done proffesionally

Would L Bug doors fit a 67/68 Beetle?

yep it will fit but it depends if its a 6volt 67 u'll need to change the stryker plate on the pillar but if its a 68 bolts striahgt on
only difference will be the chrome strip is higher on 70 on beetles

all doors are similar overall
only real differences are window size after 68, door handles and the catchs
u could put 76 doors on an oval if u wanted but u would need to stuff around with the latch setup
and it would look really stupid LOL
