bay kombi air con - NOW WITH PICS

I have found someone with an air con unit to suit a bay window kombi.
it mounts to the inside of the roof and has another piece going back towards the rear of the van, which has more vents in it.
i will try to get some pics, if anyone is interested drop me a line and i will some more info, and price

It does indeed mount inside the roof, across the back of the front seats, but the 'other' piece goes forward towards the front of the van. The cutout you see is for the rear vision mirror. (Just to avoid any confusion :))

I have one of these in my shed waiting to be installed. I'll be interested to see what price is being asked for this one.

thanks for the correction. i had no idea how it fitted to a kombi, this is the 1st i have seen.

They seem to be a good unit. I would have fitted mine years ago except I already have a sunroof fitted... right where the aircon unit should go. :sniffle:

Thats only half of the unit. There should be a condensor rack with two fans on it as well. with out that all ya got is a big fan.
