As the title says. I am after a VW badge and motash for the bonnet of my type 3.

What year early model do you have. That question only refers to the "hairy grub" on the bonnet! Up to 1966, most of the Type 3 vehicles produced here didn't have it on. The only ones from 1966 to 1968 to have them was the Fastback and then all 1969 models. This was a full width smooth curve one. The 1500S has a shorter one with a bump on it for a "handle". Hard to get these ones but there should be plenty of the later long ones around. I think the early bug badge may be the same as the early Type 3.

I have a Moustach.

The long type as referred to in Dallas's post and as usual Dallas is right on the nose with his information.

It is in great nick no dents and even has the original seal to boot.

I have not seen any for a while and I think $75 will get it out of my garage.

The bonnet badge is the 3 pin 60's beetle type.
