A long shot but anybody out there got an old shitty type 4 muffler that they could knock the flanges off?

I'm looking at making up some straight pipes to bolt onto the back of the heat exchangers... just as an experiment to see how it sounds.

Yes I know it will remove almost all backpressure and yes I know it is illegal... I don't give a rat's ass!... I'm doing it anyway!

If anyones got any they'd sell cheap... as in for the price of postage... could they let me know?

Worth a shot i guess... but i doubt many kombi's go through the ones down here tho.
