It looks like my kids have had some really good fun in my work shop .I found these under the work bench gathering dust

2 x 200mm 12 volt vw fly wheels with CNC subaru centers for fitment of any of the EJ series subaru motors to vw manual trans

Cost each $460.00

I dont have the adapter plate but I will send you the template so you can mark out the dementions make your own with a peice of flat steel plate 12mm thick .You will need to drill & tap some holes .I will give the sizes required
You may have a mate thats a boiler maker so can do this for you .
