Would any one have a manual which includes wiring diagram for 75beetle, or know the where abouts of where i can get one???

I have the following manuals in PDF for VW 1303

Instruction Manual - Do It Yourself (5.3meg)
Instruction Manual - Operation and Data (3.7 meg)

U2U me your email and i will send them if that is what you are after.
They have fuses etc but not wiring diagrams

Vintage Bus is the best site. From what i remember they are pretty accurate for an Aust 1303

then again i have never re-wired a bug from one

http://www.midsouthvw.com/index.htm  is one of the tech chapters BUT they do warn u it is mighty big to download

so do put out another post seeking wiring diagram.
