Hey everyone, just chasing an alternator as mine blew up don't have the cash to get a new one as of yet so any help would be appreciated. im in queensland but can be interstate. just needs to work for a 12v beetle. i have all the other parts, just need the alternator itself. cheers.

Well how much is a new one and would you be picking it up from Brisbane?

new ones are a little over 400 last time i got one and it would need to be posted as i live in north queensland and its not really close to anywhere.

$299 from classic in sydney,he got free postage to Gladstone cuz he made a mistake with another part of order. it had everything, stand,backing plate belt the lot..
